DocuCentre-II 7000/6000 incorporates a number of noteworthy copy features:
- Annotations – insert text such as date, time and/or page numbers, etc onto copy documents.
- Poster Creation – Copies an enlarged image onto multiple sheets to be assembled as a poster.
DocuCentre-II 7000/6000 also boasts many sophisticated print features:
- Secure Print – allows a print job to be sent to the device, but requires the user to enter a predefined password at the device to enable printing.
With powerful scanning speeds of up to 75 ipm DocuCentre-II 7000/600 digitises hard copy document for distribution to any number of mailbox repositories, email addresses or destinations on the organisation’s network.
- Mailbox Print/Document Merge – Frequently printed documents can be saved to a mailbox repository at the device for quick and easy retrieval on demand. Document within a mailbox can also be merged to create one single document for print.
With the choice between onboard faxing or server fax integration, this device is bound to meet the communication requirements of your workgroup. Fax features include:
- PC Fax – direct from your PC print driver
- Undelivered fax storage – these can be saved at the device and re-sent without re-scanning the hardcopy original
- Fax restriction – limits users from sending faxes to recipients not listed in the address book.
DocuCentre-II 7000/6000 is available in a number of functional configurations, it can be set up as a stand-alone copier with the addition of print, scan and fax functionality as required.
DocuCentre-II 7000/6000 includes 4450 sheets of standard paper capacity to help keep your workgroup productive.
For document intensive environments, one or two additional paper tray options exsist, capable of boosting paper capacity by up to a whopping 2000 or 4000 sheets respectively
