Customer Service Deliveries to customers within major Metropolitan areas in Australia will be made within 36 hours of receiving the order. For orders received outside of 8:30am to 5pm in your State, the 36 hour delivery turnaround time will start from 8.30 am the next working day or, if your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, then delivery will be made by close of business the following Tuesday. If you require express courier delivery (i.e. 3 hour delivery), please mention this in the "Special Instructions" box on the Delivery Details screen. Express courier charges are determined based on the weight of the goods and the delivery location. It may not appear on the website at the time of online ordering but is chargeable on the invoice upon dispatch of goods from our warehouse. A delivery charge of $30.00 exclusive GST is applicable for all orders under $500.00 (GST ex), to be delivered within metropolitan delivery areas. Orders above $500.00 (GST ex) and which are to be delivered within metropolitan delivery areas, incur a delivery charge of $15 (GST ex). If the order includes, or is for, toner supplied free of charge, under a Fuji Xerox Support Services Agreement (SSA), then delivery will be free of charge.
